The hosts were in control throughout. They went ahead just before the break, in the 43rd minute, through Gyorgy Soti, and right at the start of the second half, in the 48th minute, N. Zmukić made it 2:0.

Mihaly Soti scored the third in the 75th minute with a powerful shot. The visitors got their consolation in the 84th minute, when Timotijević scored direct from a corner. Goalkeeper Gyolai was the best player on the pitch, and Spremo and Sablatura also stood out.
