A convincing win on the opening day - Senta vs. 8. mart (61/62)

The first half was spent sizing each other up. There were a few fine moves, but the final shot was always missing. It already looked as if the sides would go in goalless when, two minutes before the break, Šetalo scored the first goal from a superb cross by young Maksimović.

After the interval Senta surged forward. The fine moves and the wholehearted play of every member of the team bore fruit: the opponents were pinned to their goal, and two more goals, scored by Šetalo and Vujadinović, went past the otherwise excellent Subotica goalkeeper. Kopas, Bošnjak, Vujadinović and Fenjsaroši stood out.
