A late awakening against Poljoprivrednik - Senta vs. Poljoprivrednik (86/87)

The side from the banks of the Tisa played well below their ability and lost to visitors who fought with spirit and played intelligently throughout. Poljoprivrednik deserved to win, and their forwards in particular excelled: they scored three, hit the post once and missed two more clear chances. Romak gave them the lead in the 14th minute, after a bad mistake in the Senta defence. The hosts then squandered several chances, and Jurić punished that with a goal in the 38th minute while the Senta defenders merely watched.

After the break the hosts took control and, with two substitutions, played considerably better, yet it was the visitors who scored again in the 57th minute. Senta then regrouped, but had the strength only to reduce the deficit: Verba scored in the 72nd minute and Kitli in the 87th.
