A sixth straight win - Senta vs. Donji Srem (10/11)

The two sides fought a real tactical battle in the round's top game. Both were above all determined not to concede, so they broke up each other's moves in midfield. In the 28th minute Nikolin missed at the near post from a sharp Kakaš cross, while the visitors threatened in the 38th through a Tošić header that Bodiroga saved superbly.

The second half was just as hard-fought. The decisive moment came in the 65th minute: the ball went from Farkas through Popov to Milivojev, who beat the goalkeeper from 20 metres. Donji Srem then pushed for an equaliser, but Senta defended heroically and deservedly claimed a sixth straight win.
