The home side attacked constantly and was well on top. After the previous week's defeat in Čantavir few spectators came to watch. On chances a double-figure win would have been no surprise. The visitors had a few openings too, but either the defence dealt with them or the forwards wasted even the clearest; their attacks lacked force and the ball was almost always in their half. The opening goal came in the 1st minute: after an exchange between Popović, Kalman and Štrbački the last-named broke between the defenders and shot low into the net. In the 27th minute Štrbački turned in a Todorović cross, and in the 30th Popović released Todorović perfectly and he rounded his marker and the goalkeeper to score.
The second half began with home attacks. In the 55th minute Sablatura went after a long diagonal ball and was brought down by Gulyas, and Krivokapić converted the penalty. Štrbački then struck a free kick from some thirty metres past the wall and the rooted goalkeeper for 5:0. In the 70th minute the goalkeeper punched out a Todorović cross and Sablatura, after a feint, shot unstoppably through a forest of legs into the net.
