A win in the derby with Vršac, Senta top of the table - Senta vs. Vršac (65/66)

The derby was played in a strong wind and, in the second half, in rain; even so it was a fast, real league match. In the 18th minute Kispal opened the scoring. Vršac played with great drive after the goal, but the Senta defence stopped all their attacks at the edge of the box.

In the second half the rain came and for a while the play was scrappy. Senta slowly regrouped: in the 65th minute Bajusz was brought down at the corner of the six-yard box, but Pinter II. shot the penalty at the goalkeeper. Not long afterwards Kispal was again the sharpest in a goalmouth scramble and scored the second, and Senta added a third before the end.
