A win over Bečej in the last home match - Senta vs. Bečej (69/70)

The home side outplayed the visitors in every respect, and the win could have been bigger had the forwards taken their chances. Early on it was an even contest: in the 11th minute the visitors shot wide from a huge chance. In the 29th minute Božić enchanted the crowd with dazzling dribbles and scored the first goal with a fine shot, and two minutes later a Mašulović thunderbolt whistled centimetres over the bar.

In the 44th minute Božić again brought the crowd to its feet: after a lovely run of dribbles that shook off three defenders he unselfishly passed to Košec, who had no trouble finding the empty net. In the second half Senta laid siege to the visitors' goal again, but there were no more goals. Mašulović and Božić stood out.
