Agoston sets one up and scores one against Graničar - Senta vs. Graničar (86/87)

The first half was a contest between equals with very few chances. In that part of the match the visitors from Đala nevertheless had more of the midfield and created one opening: in the 25th minute Sekulović was helpless against Bogojević's fierce shot, but Birkas was in place and cleared off the line. In the 29th minute, from a well-organised counter-attack, Kis Bicskei shot for the far corner; goalkeeper Szabo reacted late, but the ball missed the post by inches.

Senta's play improved noticeably after the break and a goal soon came: Agoston broke down the right with the ball and crossed, and Kis Bicskei reacted well to put his side ahead. The hosts' growing pressure, and not least the goal itself, drove the visitors to greater effort. The hosts still gained the upper hand in midfield, but their more organised play did not bear fruit again until the 70th minute, when Agoston once more got away on the right and, weaving between several players, scored past the surprised goalkeeper. The tough, spirited side from Đala did not raise the white flag even after the second goal, and in the 72nd minute Bogojević fired over from fifteen metres with a clear chance. Ten minutes from the end a Kitli header came back off the post.
