An early lead, but only a point against Čantavir - Senta vs. Čantavir (79/80)

Senta had never shown themselves in such a poor light. The players moved as if with lead in their boots and mounted feeble attacks on the opposing goal. The visitors, seeing the hosts' weakness, grew more and more into the game, and every one of their attacks was dangerous. The opening goal came in the 4th minute: Štrbački sent a free kick from the right into the right-hand corner with an accurate, powerful shot.

In the 55th minute Toldi carried the ball forward, beat a defender inside the area and shot in under the advancing Markov. In the last ten minutes Senta attacked constantly and the visitors defended by every means. In the 77th minute the referee sent off Pabdi and Spajić for swearing, and he also showed four yellow cards: to Gvozdenović and Todorović, and to Toldi and Zabos.
