In pleasant weather the hosts ran over Senta. The visitors did take the lead first, but that only spurred the hosts on. The first goal came in the 10th minute: Roganović got away on the right and Todorović put his cross into space away with confidence. Panonija equalised in the 14th minute with a masterpiece from Bogunović, who found the very top corner from the edge of the box. In the 20th minute the visitors came within a whisker of leading again, when Todorović struck the crossbar with a free kick from the side. In the 27th minute Čičić took a free kick from the corner of the box and Kokotović ran in to head home. Two minutes later Čičić crossed again and Nikčević headed in elegantly. In the 41st minute Bogunović shot from the corner of the box and the ball went in between the legs of surprised defenders.
The second half belonged to the visitors, though more than once only fine goalkeeping from Kokostyik rescued the hosts. In the 66th minute Sanjić handled on the edge of the box, the referee pointed to the spot and Farago converted routinely. In the 74th minute, after a Bacsa corner, Nikoletić scored the fifth past an uncertain Cvitko, after which the visitors gave up completely.
