An excellent match and a two-goal lead - Senta vs. Horgoš (98/99)

Both sides produced the best of their ability. Senta ran the first half, and it bore fruit as early as the 8th minute: at the end of an attack down the left Bajusz beat Szkala with a sliced shot from a difficult angle. The goal unsettled Horgoš, who grew nervous, while the hosts calmly kept attacking.

Szkala erred in the 31st minute and Simendić made it two. In the second half the visitors had more of the ball and Senta dropped off - in the 68th a defensive mistake let Miković pull one back.
