An unlucky goal decides the derby in Bačko Petrovo Selo - Jedinstvo vs. Senta (96/97)

The derby between two Tisa sides that fought hard throughout produced football of average quality, though with chances at both ends. The hosts had two and Senta four, yet there was only one goal, and not from open play: Harmat slipped trying to control a throw-in level with the six-yard box, goalkeeper Toth Melykuti came out but missed the ball, and it ran in front of the empty goal, where Paulić headed it in with ease.

In the 83rd minute Fabian received a second yellow card, and Senta, a man up, threw everything forward. The home defence closed ranks well, however, and even threatened on the break, so the three very important points stayed in Bačko Petrovo Selo.
