Back to winning ways - Senta vs. Sloga (87/88)

After two missteps Senta found their stride again. It was not their best performance, but a clear improvement on the previous rounds. The first twenty minutes brought plenty of fouls and few chances. Then, at the end of an excellent attack, Csuzdi burst into the Sloga box and was through on goal when Orelj fouled him. Stanačev converted the penalty. Once ahead, the hosts gained a slight edge that produced a second goal in the 43rd minute: Nikolić released Farago, and Kitli was best placed to meet his cross.

Senta came back out with the wrong tactics after the break: they sat back, which allowed the visitors to open up and take control. The chances kept coming, and in the 86th minute Daniel Szabo broke forward, was upended by the home defenders and Babić pulled one back from the deserved penalty. Senta were the better side again in the closing minutes, but the score did not change. Referee Trbović made many mistakes.
