The hosts struggled to cope with a youthful Bajmok side that fought hard throughout. Senta had two chances to take the lead in the first half, but both were carelessly wasted.

After the break the hosts were far too sluggish, and the visitors, playing for the win, took advantage with goals from Popović and Mojzes. In between, Belec equalised. The crowd left disappointed, their side having played well below its ability, and on the balance of play the visitors fully deserved their win.
