Senta could have secured the win in the first half, but the home forwards converted none of their countless chances. Senta were on top for most of the match, yet it was the visitors who scored: in the 40th minute they went ahead with a close-range Radić shot.

Towards the end, just as two weeks earlier, Senta collapsed: Kujundžić scored in the 80th minute and a little later Ivančević sealed the visitors' win. The referee handled the match impeccably.
