Bito's goal from a dead angle is not enough against Horgoš - Senta vs. Horgoš (76/77)

The match began with furious attacks from the visitors. Senta held out until the 20th minute, when Karahmetović found Gyolai's net. After the goal the hosts got on top, but their forwards could not score.

After the break the tempo picked up further, with quick counter-attacks at both ends, but the players faltered in front of goal. In the 53rd minute G. Sadojević made it 0:2. The game then turned somewhat rough and the referee blew his whistle more and more often. In the 60th minute Bito ran down the left wing and scored a goal of rare beauty from a dead angle. It fired up the Senta players, who wanted to equalise at any cost, and at times the players on both sides were watching each other's legs rather than the ball. As a result Sablatura was sent off in the 75th minute, and not long afterwards the referee showed the red card towards the bench as well, so the Horgoš coach had to leave it.
