Comeback in a heated match - Senta vs. Tavankut

It was a tense, stop-start affair with plenty of fouls, and the players clashed with each other on several occasions. Tavankut had slightly the better of the first half and went ahead in the 22nd minute through Desnica.

The second half was a different story. FK Senta took control and created chance after chance, and the comeback came quickly: Mandić equalised in the 56th minute and Sandor struck the winner in the 63rd. Tavankut's Mitić could arguably have been sent off.

The only bad news of the day was an injury to Bauk, who hurt his heel after an awkward movement and had to be replaced by Cvitko.

Tavankut are coached by Marjan Cvetković, a former FK Senta player. Around 100 spectators watched the match.
