Čušić's lob earns a point in Beočin - Cement vs. Senta (73/74)

Cement played poorly and could not find a way through the visitors' defensive wall. The hosts played with ten men from the 5th minute, the referee having sent one of their players off for a foul, yet they still attacked constantly. In the 20th minute Senta had a chance on the counter, but Gvozdenović shot wide of the post. The hosts twice threatened from free kicks, one of which Nagynemedi turned behind for a corner. What the hosts could not manage, the visitors did: in the 39th minute Čušić lobbed the advancing goalkeeper in masterly fashion.

In the second half the home forwards laid virtual siege to the Senta goal. As early as the 46th minute one of them broke through alone, but Nagynemedi dived to save his shot, and in the 74th he made another superb save. In the 76th minute Bukvić had a chance but shot wide of the post. In the 78th minute a home header came back off the post, and in the 85th Cement equalised through Drapić. Nagynemedi and Božić stood out for Senta.
