Defeat in Bačka Topola - Bačka Topola vs. Senta (71/72)

The hosts, for whom this was the last chance in their fight to stay up, went all out from the start, and the large crowd saw a fast, sporting and varied match. The Topola side soon took control, but after a quick counter-attack their goalkeeper only just managed to turn Krizsan's shot behind.

The first goal came in the 25th minute, when Csizmadia, after a quick run down the left, shot low into the far corner. Before half-time Gligor got into a good position, but his shot was cleared for a corner. In the second half the tempo rose further and the hosts scored a second.
