Defeat in Bačka Topola before a thousand spectators - Bačka Topola vs. Senta (63/64)

The meeting of two old rivals brought fine, dynamic play throughout, and the visitors too played attractively. The hosts took six corners in the first five minutes, without result. Later Senta controlled the play, but the home defence, led by Bakos, held out superbly.

In the 22nd minute Szucs headed in a cross from Dudas I., and in the 27th Dudas I. added a second. The second half was mostly midfield play; in the last twenty minutes the hosts were overwhelmingly on top, but the visitors defended well and only an unexpected shot from Dudas II. went in, in the 65th minute. Toth, Nikolić, Kopasz and Fenyszarosi stood out for Senta.
