Defeat in the Tisa derby in Bečej - Bečej vs. Senta (68/69)

In the first part of the match the visitors were the better side but took only one of their many good chances: in the 30th minute Kispal scored with an unstoppable shot from five metres after a Csipak pass. Later Božić and Borbely also had chances.

After the break the game was played in a nervous, tense atmosphere, and the hosts gradually came on. In the 73rd minute a Senta defender stopped a dangerous shot with his hand inside the penalty area, and the penalty was confidently converted. Three minutes later the hosts scored from a cross, past the advancing goalkeeper. In the last seven or eight minutes Senta applied great pressure, but without success. Božić, Laczko and Kispal stood out for the visitors.
