The goals simply will not come for the yellow-and-blues. Territorial advantage, chances and a fairly secure defence were all in vain - the win slipped away. They could have turned the match their way inside the first fifteen or twenty minutes, when Radak and Morović missed big chances, shooting wide from close range.

The picture did not change after the break: Senta stayed on top, but this time Šujić, Gvozdenović and Radak were the ones to miss. The hosts, who defended throughout, won a free kick 25 metres out from a harmless-looking counter-attack in the 68th minute, and Marinković shot past a badly positioned wall into the bottom right corner.
