Eight goals in Novi Sad - Slavija vs. Senta (68/69)

The crowd saw eight goals, and four more were disallowed; the ball also struck the woodwork several times. Slavija went ahead in the 18th minute, but Bajusz equalised just a minute later. In the second half the home forwards, in great form, scored four goals.

Senta made a good impression and their play pleased the crowd, but their last line of defence was very weak at times. Mašulović pulled one back in the 73rd minute and Bajusz set the final score in the 89th; the referee also disallowed a seemingly valid goal by the visitors. Laczko, Mašulović and Bajusz stood out.
