Eight past the closest pursuers - Senta vs. Njegoš (92/93)

After two unlucky defeats in a row the yellow-and-blues showed what they can do, and against a side that had made a habit of taking points off the leaders during the autumn. The first thirteen minutes were spent sizing each other up, and then in the 14th Rudics set the home steamroller in motion with a fierce shot into the left corner. Twenty-odd minutes of mild home superiority followed, from which Kapić scored the second in the 40th minute after an Agić corner. Just two minutes later he struck again.

The attacks continued after the break. Kitli first missed a big chance and Rudics hit the post, before Kitli made it 4:0 with a solo effort in the 49th minute. Radulović got the fifth, and in the 60th Kapić read the situation perfectly for 6:0. Vukelja came on in the 73rd minute and almost immediately scored with an unstoppable shot from the corner of the box.

The hosts then eased off a little, and the visitors won a free kick close in, from which Mrđenović scored their consolation. Before the end Kitli added Senta's eighth.
