Senta quickly put the previous week's setback behind them. On an excellent pitch the hosts attacked from the first minute and made their chances count: Milivojev, Stojanov, Jović and Cvetković all finished well-worked moves from close range. The best goal of the game came from Milivojev in the 16th minute, a masterful lob over the goalkeeper from 20 metres.
The tempo dropped in the second half. Jović, Stojanov and Milivojev had further openings, but loose finishing meant the scoreline stayed the same.
