Four goals in Kanjiža - Potisje vs. Senta (78/79)

This time the meeting of the two sides could not be called a Tisa derby. In a very friendly atmosphere the visitors controlled the game throughout and deservedly took the points. Potisje showed somewhat better football only in the first ten minutes, after which the visitors mounted dangerous attacks all the way. In the 18th minute Senta went ahead through Gvozdenović. The hosts had chances in those minutes, as the visiting defence was often uncertain, but Sekulić's shot struck the post. In the 42nd minute Štrbački made it 2:0 with a long-range shot.

After the change of ends, as early as the 50th minute, a powerful Popović shot ended up in the top left corner. The visitors then eased off and took things lightly, and Štrbački set the final score with his second goal.
