Fourteen goals to start the spring - Senta vs. Vinogradar (76/77)

The Senta crowd had not seen so many goals for a long time. The yellow-and-blues recalled the days when Senta knew no obstacles and put eight or nine past their opponents. Božić gave his side the lead in the very first minute and was the best player on the pitch besides. Ten minutes later the crowd applauded a fine Krizsan header, and then came a real shower of goals, so that it was already 7:0 at the break.

The visiting players performed as though only taking part mattered and not the result. Much of the blame for the catastrophic defeat lay with their goalkeeper, who let in practically every shot at goal. Besides Krizsan, who scored five, and Mihaly Soti, who got three, Božić and Bito each scored twice and Todorović and Pjevač once.
