From 2:0 up to a draw in Subotica - Zorka vs. Senta (64/65)

The match brought a great battle and a fair share of the points, although Senta were closer to winning. In the first half the visitors were on top: in the 21st minute Pinter headed in a fine Božić cross from close range, and five minutes later Kispal broke through skilfully and scored past the advancing goalkeeper. In the 28th minute the goalkeeper turned a Božić header behind, and then a long-range shot from D. Gvozdenović came down off the bar.

The hosts pulled one back in the 38th minute from a harmless-looking move. After the break Zorka played better and equalised after ten minutes, when a Senta defender's clearance was short. Senta then attacked again, and Božić and Pinter both had chances to win it. Kispal, Boljanović and the whole half-back line stood out.
