Gyurcsik heads the equaliser in Bajša - Partizan vs. Senta (90/91)

The small crowd saw a very good match in which Senta belied their place near the foot of the table. The first quarter of an hour was played in midfield, the visitors having more of the ball. In the 17th minute Cicvarić drove a corner from the right low into the goalmouth, Szegi stepped over it to wrong-foot the defence, and the ball ran past three Senta players to Ahmeti, who turned it in. Partizan improved after the goal and created several chances, but their shots kept missing Bontovics's goal. In the 35th minute the injured Cicvarić was replaced by Toth, himself not fully recovered from injury.

After the break the visitors threw everything forward. In the 58th minute, at the end of a quick counter-attack, Borsos crossed and Gyurcsik headed in. In the 67th Radić could have restored the home lead, but from about twelve metres, completely unmarked, he fired over. Three minutes later Farago headed a Borsos cross from the left onto the top of the bar, and in the 81st a powerful shot from Toth went just over.

It went to penalties, where luck was on the hosts' side, and the point stayed in Bajša.
