Ivica Zmukić is the new FK Senta coach (1985/1986)

Ivica Zmukić, an FK Senta veteran and former coach of the youth team, will prepare the yellow-and-blues for the new league season, and not a single player is leaving the club. That was decided at a joint meeting of the club's board and the players on Friday evening, 28 June.

The board presented a programme containing several concrete measures to resolve the players' problems and to provide better conditions for preparation, and officials and players backed it unanimously. It was also decided to strengthen the team with new players and the leadership with new members: the club will grant the requests of five or six local players, and six new members will replace those in the leadership who had not been pulling their weight.

After the meeting the club's message is that FK Senta is not going to fold, as had been rumoured. The players resolved to go into the new season in more orderly conditions, united, with the right attitude and good performances.
