The home side wasted two ideal chances in the first ten minutes and the visitors made them pay: a quick counter-attack brought the ball to the edge of the box and Kitli took the chance to put Senta ahead. Jadran then attacked constantly in search of an equaliser, and the visitors held out until the 40th minute, when Parović scored. The hosts were much the better side in the first half, and it was a wonder the visitors' net stayed untouched after that.
The visitors played better after the break and threatened the Jadran goal several times on the counter. The result was a fair one: the hosts were better in the first half, the visitors in the second. The referee handled the match excellently.
