Bad luck again showed no mercy to a Senta side already in a difficult position. The lads from the banks of the Tisa wanted it badly but could not dot the i, and in ninety minutes their efforts yielded only a single point. The match was marked by countless missed chances and excellent refereeing.

Three times the visiting goalkeeper could only follow the ball with his eyes: Miklos, Đurović and Barna could each have scored. For the visitors Arsić and Dukić might have put their side ahead. The hosts' inexperience showed: they held their own, but hardly troubled the visiting defence.
