In this friendly revue match the youth side of the Yugoslav champions won comfortably and deservedly, playing attractive football - on the chances they wasted the margin could have been wider. Senta began in awe of their opponents and conceded mostly from defensive errors; they had the strength for a serious opening of their own only late in the first half.

The second half was a more even contest, and it is encouraging that the young hosts held their own over those 45 minutes. Their concentration slipped only a few times near the end, which the red-and-whites punished ruthlessly.
