Roganović header beats the Kikinda side - Senta vs. Trgovački (52/53)

The match, postponed from Sunday, was played on Thursday afternoon in front of 1,000 spectators. It began with Senta attacks, and after ten minutes the play evened out. In the 18th minute Divjački could only parry a fine volley from Fajka, and Roganović ran in to head the ball into the net. After the goal Trgovački attacked energetically, but Galler dealt safely with shots from Erdeljan and Moldvai. Before the break the visitors hit the post.

The second half was eventful and very rough, with a number of fouls and injuries. Senta played short-handed for a long spell as players left the pitch injured, so their attack functioned only down the right. Medenica shot over from five metres with a clear chance, and his header from a Kurfis cross was brilliantly saved by the Kikinda goalkeeper. Senta attacked strongly in the last five minutes, but Divjački could not be beaten. The one-goal win was deserved; Galler, Voros, Čolović I and Pinter were the best of the hosts.
