The visitors played better and with more assurance throughout, attacked more and created more serious chances. That the first half ended goalless was down above all to home goalkeeper Marković, who saved certain goals on two or three occasions. The hosts created only one chance in the first half, at the very start.
Senta took more of the initiative in the second half too and went ahead through Sablatura in the 50th minute: Todorović crossed from the left, the goalkeeper, making his only mistake, was late coming out, and Sablatura ran in to deflect the ball into the net. The lead did not break the hosts, who did everything to equalise, but their attacks came to nothing. Senta played the more mature football and deservedly took both points.
