Season ends with defeat in Čantavir - Čantavir vs. Senta (84/85)

The crowd saw a very sporting match, but Senta failed to deliver a good performance and were only a pale shadow of themselves. The hosts could have gone ahead as early as the 3rd minute, when Djever was one-on-one with Dukai, yet the visitors' net stayed untouched. In the 24th minute the Senta defence was left helpless and Suturović scored. Čantavir wasted a dozen or so further clear chances.

In the 66th minute Budanović tired of his forwards' wastefulness, went for goal himself and beat Dukai with an unstoppable shot from some 17 metres. Senta had two chances as well: in the 9th minute Kitli, unchallenged, headed over, and in the 68th Agoston and Farago worked a good opening, but the score did not change.
