Senta are champions of the Vojvodina league - Senta vs. Železničar (49/50)

The last round decided which of the top four teams would take the title. Budućnost of Novi Sad led the three sides behind them by a point before the round, but lost to Egység of Novi Sad and dropped to third, while Bačka, who had led securely for months, were beaten in Inđija and had to settle for fourth place.

Senta started well in the spring, then slipped to mid-table, but towards the end of the autumn part they picked up valuable points one after another, and with their win in the last round they deservedly went top. They finished the championship with 15 wins, two draws and seven defeats and 32 points - the same as Železničar of Inđija, but with a better goal difference.
