Senta finally wake up - Senta vs. Obilić (99/00)

The visitors, reinforced by seven players from Đala and fighting to stay up, expected easy prey, but Senta finally played to their ability. Ozvegy's side built their game on counter-attacks from the outset and wore Obilić down with well-timed tactical fouls.

The hosts might have led as early as the 5th minute, but Matok shot wide in a one-on-one with Tumbas. Gvozdenović gave them the lead in the 41st: Matok's corner reached the far post and the tall defender headed in from four or five metres. The match was settled in the 79th, when Gyatko beat the defence at the end of a counter, then beat the goalkeeper twice, and rolled the ball in. The visitors had only one serious opening, in the first half, when a scramble from a corner sent the ball just over the bar.
