Despite a poor pitch the two sides played a good game. The hosts started brilliantly, Lakić converting a penalty as early as the 3rd minute, but the joy was short-lived: the visitors quickly equalised after a free kick and then went ahead from the spot, Bogdanović scoring both.

Senta gave everything in the second half and took three of their chances. Bunić levelled in the 50th minute, Grujić put them ahead in the 79th, and in the 82nd Tibor Nagypal rounded it off with a thunderous long-range free kick from the left. The win took Senta to the top of the table.
