Senta once again confirmed that they are the scourge of the Subotica sides: so far they have beaten every Subotica opponent. The match began over-cautiously and in the first thirty minutes neither team did anything worth mentioning. Then came the hosts' first chance, a shot from the right striking the post of Markov's goal. In the last minute of the half the Bratstvo players wasted another big opportunity.

The visitors went ahead after the break: in the 48th minute, after a collision on the edge of the home box, the referee played advantage and Miklos took the chance. The finest moment of the match came in the 65th minute, when the veteran Todorović got away on the left and crossed, the move being finished with a spectacular diving header for 2:0. The visitors created a few more good chances before the end, but they went unused.
