Six chances, no goals against Proleter - Senta vs. Proleter (86/87)

This is a match best forgotten quickly. Despite their superiority the hosts had to settle for a goalless draw, so the plan of the visitors from Čoka worked: they took a point. It would be wrong, though, to say the home attacks were toothless and aimless, for the Senta players missed at least six clear chances: Đurović in the 19th minute, Kis Bicskei in the 32nd and 39th, Agoston in the 35th. Luck was not with the home forwards either, as Kitli's fierce shot against the right-hand post in the 41st minute showed. In all that time the visitors did not create a single chance.

In the second half Proleter defended with eight men and tried to threaten through their two wingers, but got only a little beyond the halfway line, as the Senta defence of Birkas, Mazak and Cimeša thwarted everything. For a while the game was played in midfield. Ten minutes from the end the hosts pinned their opponents back again and created several chances, but the shots went wide or were gathered by the excellent goalkeeper Markov.
