This was the hosts' weakest match of the championship: they played without force, without a plan and with many mistakes. The visitors from Čantavir stood up well to the hosts' constant but fruitless attacks, but their own forward line lacks punch and could not finish the chances that came their way. The hosts' first-half superiority was expressed only by Štrbački's goal in the 30th minute, a masterly shot from 25 metres into the top left corner. The home defence made some doubtful challenges inside the area, but the referee waved play on.
After the change of ends it was midfield play until the 21st minute, when Rozsa scored a tremendous goal from the left. The visitors then attacked too, but the home defence held. In the 43rd minute of the half, after a free kick from the left, Stanojević scored a fine goal into the top right corner for 2:1. The referee handled a match full of yellow cards well.
