The third home match in a row also failed to bring the desired result. The first half passed in dull midfield play, with neither side creating a chance worth mentioning. The hosts did have a slight territorial edge, but their attacks kept dying at the edge of the visitors' box. The visitors could not make use of the strong wind behind them and threatened only once, when Dukai was equal to it. In the 40th minute referee Vojvodić sent off Barna for two rather harsh fouls, and the home side played on with ten men.
In the second half the wind was with the hosts, but they made no use of it either. The visitors meanwhile regrouped and threatened the Senta goal with several well-directed attacks, and in the 72nd minute Nagypasztor headed in a cross from the right. The hosts then played more aggressively, coach Kerekes made two substitutions at once and the fresh legs earned a point: substitute Komuves put away an Agoston cross from the right wing without error. The hosts then pinned their opponents back completely, but the forwards could not convert their chances.
