Szorcsik's 25-metre free kick wins it at Palić - Palić vs. Senta (74/75)

The visitors came out on top in a contest between two evenly matched sides. Neither was clearly in the ascendancy: Palić spent somewhat more time in the opposition half in the first period and Senta in the second. Most of the match was midfield play, though the small crowd did see a few quick counter-attacks. The hosts went ahead in the 23rd minute, when Padežanin sent a fine shot from 12 metres into the bottom right corner.

Before the players went in for the break, Popović took the ball off a defender who was dribbling needlessly and squared it to N. Zmukić, who put it in from barely half a metre. In the 72nd minute Szorcsik took a free kick from 25 metres and the ball ended up in the net over the head of the motionless goalkeeper. Straight afterwards a thunderbolt from the hosts whistled past the right-hand post. Szorcsik worked hardest for Senta.
