The title contenders run riot in Kula - Hajduk vs. Senta (83/84)

The title contenders were in tremendous form from the first minute to the last. The Senta defence, at times reinforced by three or four players, could not withstand the attacks. In the first half the visitors still had the odd opportunity to counter.

After the break, however, with young Davidović coming on, the visiting side collapsed completely. Besides Davidović, Z. Marić, Šćepanović and Dudas were outstanding, while Bicskei, Farago and Đurović stood out for Senta. The referee from Subotica did his job excellently.
