Three goals in twenty minutes decide it in Subotica - Elektrovojvodina vs. Senta (75/76)

The crowd saw a technically pleasing and at times high-quality game. The green-and-whites attacked tirelessly. They went ahead in the 13th minute: after a corner from the right the ball was lifted over the defence and Boldog sent an unstoppable header into the middle of the goal. The same length of time later, at the end of a fine attack down the right, Vigh rounded the goalkeeper as well to add to the score. Not long afterwards Dulić beat several defenders and scored the best goal of the match, into the top left corner.

After the break the hosts stayed on top, but at 3:0 they were careless with even the best chances. Ten minutes from the end, on a harmless counter-attack, Senta won a 16-metre free kick, and Rozsa rose out of the pack to head the ball into the bottom left corner. After that the game turned rough: Tonković, Sablatura and Szorcsik were booked, and Boldog was sent off in the 82nd minute for striking the Senta right winger. Soti deserves praise among the visitors.
