Three second-half goals for Slavija - Senta vs. Slavija (73/74)

Although the play was not of an enviable standard even in the first half, the young Senta side had the stamina and did not concede. In the first minute after the break, however, Živković beat the otherwise sound Nagynemedi from close range. In the 71st minute the hosts lost the ball near the byline, and the second goal followed from the visiting left winger's cross. Barely seven minutes later Živković ran down the left, beat his marker and set the final score from close range.

While their strength lasted the Senta players fought and were not afraid of hard challenges, but their ball control and passing were poor. They created chances too, but there was nobody to take them. The coaching staff fielded mostly youngsters, who had the will, but that was not enough. Once again the team badly missed a goalscoring forward.
