Two early Gyorgy Soti goals in Novi Kneževac - Obilić vs. Senta (76/77)

The match began badly for the hosts. As early as the 2nd minute Bito got away from his inattentive marker and shot from a tight angle, and the goalkeeper pushed the ball straight to Gyorgy Soti, who easily found the unguarded net from a metre and a half. The unexpected goal badly unsettled Obilić, whose defenders piled error upon error. In the 15th minute Gyorgy Soti tried his luck from some twenty metres and, to the spectators' great surprise, the ball ended up in the net.

Senta then fell back entirely on defence and protected the result. The uncertain referee showed the yellow card six times, and when Božanin kicked Bito he sent him off. In the second half the ten-man hosts attempted the impossible: when Karanović pulled one back in the 50th minute they seemed to have a chance, but their superiority was short-lived and they no longer knew what to do against the visitors' defence. Spremo, Gyorgy Soti and Sablatura stood out for Senta.
