Two free kicks beat Vinogradar - Senta vs. Vinogradar (79/80)

The home crowd expected a comfortable win and instead saw anaemic football and missed chances. There were three goals, but two came from free kicks and one from a penalty. The team seems to play better away than at home. The first half was spent mostly with Senta on top, but something always went wrong with the moves: either the crosses were poor or the forwards arrived late. Agoston hitting the post was worth noting.

In the 35th minute, after a foul, Štrbački took a free kick from some 25 metres, and the goalkeeper palmed the powerful, well-placed ball into his own net. Early in the second half Štrbački was brought down near the box and Todorović sent the free kick past the wall into the right side of the goal. The visitors scored from a penalty converted by Tračar.
