Senta fully deserved to take the very important points from Subotica. The first goal came on the counter-attack, Hajanović beating goalkeeper Knežević from seven or eight metres. The hosts played somewhat better in the second half, but their forwards lacked a cutting edge.

The second goal followed a mistake by Mihalik, which Roganović punished from close range. The visitors' win was deserved, and the three officials were up to the task.
